ABOUT ME

Hi!

My name is Emily.

I'm a newly qualified secondary music teacher, with a BA (Hons) in Music from the University of Cambridge. Whilst studying, it became apparent to me that music is a very middle-class subject and that many music students are from a somewhat privileged background.

The original concept for this blog was to create a free resource for students taking GCSE and A Level music. During my teacher training, I took a break from writing, but I am hoping to expand my blog once again. Watch this space!
